Create special memories while helping your little one learn, grow, and explore! Designed for children from birth through kindergarten, the Parent Tot Program combines storytime, movement, and hands-on activities to encourage early literacy, physical development, and social interaction in a fun, welcoming environment.
Held on the first Wednesday of each month, each session features a new theme and rotates between the TRAC Bubble, gym, and pool, giving families the opportunity to experience a variety of engaging activities together. It’s the perfect way to introduce young children to active play while spending quality time with a parent or caregiver.
Fees: Free for TRAC Member, non-members need to purchase a day pass

Get your little one moving with Pre-Kicks Kickball! Designed for children ages 3–6, this fun, introductory program is the perfect first step into youth sports. Through age-appropriate games and activities, participants will learn the fundamentals of kickball while building important skills they’ll use in sports and everyday life.
Children will develop balance, coordination, running, throwing, catching, teamwork, listening skills, and good sportsmanship—all while having fun and gaining confidence in a supportive environment. A parent or caregiver is required to attend and participate with each child, making it a great opportunity to learn, play, and create lasting memories together.

Help your child take their first steps into the game of basketball! Pre-Basketball is designed for children ages 3 through those who have not yet completed kindergarten and introduces the fundamentals of the sport through fun, age-appropriate activities.
Participants will learn basic basketball skills while developing coordination, teamwork, listening skills, confidence, and good sportsmanship in a positive and encouraging environment. With plenty of games and hands-on activities, children will build a love for being active while making new friends.
A parent or caregiver is required to attend and is encouraged to participate alongside their child, making this a fun and memorable experience for the whole family.

Introduce your little one to the exciting game of volleyball through fun, active play! Parent Tot Pre-Volleyball is designed for children ages 3 through those who have not yet completed kindergarten and provides a positive, hands-on introduction to the sport.
Together, children and their parent or caregiver will participate in age-appropriate games, activities, and skill-building exercises that develop coordination, balance, teamwork, and confidence while learning the basics of volleyball. The focus is on having fun, staying active, and creating a positive first sports experience in a supportive environment.
A parent or caregiver is required to attend and participate with each child, making this a great opportunity to learn, play, and make lasting memories together.

Introduce your child to the lifelong sport of tennis in a fun, supportive environment! Parent Tot Tennis Time is designed for children ages 3 through those who have not yet completed kindergarten and provides an engaging introduction to the basic skills of the game.
Through age-appropriate activities, games, and simple tennis drills, children and their parent or caregiver will build coordination, balance, hand-eye coordination, and confidence while learning the fundamentals of tennis. The focus is on having fun, staying active, and creating positive experiences that encourage a lifelong love of the sport.
A parent or caregiver is required to actively participate with their child during each session, making it a wonderful opportunity to learn, play, and spend quality time together.
