We’re kicking off Christmas with our 12 Days of FITNESS holiday challenge! Starting on Dec. 12th until the 23rd, we will have a new challenge of the day! Complete the daily challenge and add your name to the chalkboard by the Wellness desk. For each time your name is on the board, you’ll be entered in a drawing for some great prizes! If you get your name on the board for every challenge, your chances of winning prizes will be DOUBLED!
Day 1: Practice gratitude. Make a list of 3 things you are thankful for today.
Day 2: Get your steps in! Take a walk on the track or jog in the bubble. Join another guest or bring a friend!
Day 3: Hydrate today. Aim for 80 ounces of water for the day.
Day 4: Pay it forward today. Go out of your way to do something nice for someone else.
Day 5: Push yourself today. Do an extra set on 1-2 exercises OR spend an extra 5-10 minutes on your cardio.
Day 6: Meet someone new. Introduce yourself to someone you do not know at TRAC! (Staff members included)
Day 7: Focus on a good night’s rest. Aim for 7-8 hours of sleep tonight. Come back tomorrow and add your name to the board if you succeed.
Day 8: Let go of holiday stress and take a moment to relax in the spa or the sauna today.
Day 9: Try the plank challenge after your workout today. This includes: 15 seconds of middle plank. 15 seconds of right side plank. 15 seconds of left side plank. REPEAT until you accumulate 2 minutes!
Day 10: Try a new exercise on the strength floor today! Ask a Wellness Attendant for some ideas!
Day 11: Spread your wings! Try a fitness class you have never been to before today!
Day 12: Try a new machine on the cardio deck. Ask a Wellness Attendant for assistance if needed!
January 13 – March 10
Flex tennis allows you to meet local players and play friendly competitive matches all on your terms! Players schedule their own matches to fit around busy lifestyles and will be grouped with players of similar ability. Don’t miss out on the fun and sign up today!

Reverse 4’s is a fun twist on the game of volleyball where the men have to use finesse and the women get to command the net. Pick up a registration form at the TRAC front desk. Deadline to sign up is January 31st. Cash or check payments only

Join us for an Adult (or youth with varsity experience) tennis tournament at the Bubble inside Two Rivers Activity Center. This will be a doubles tennis tournament with divisions for men’s, women’s or mixed doubles.
Fees: $30 for registration in one division, $40 for two divisions
Join us for this FREE Educational Nutrition Presentation on May 28th at 7:00pm in the TRAC Multipurpose room. Linda Allen, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, will present tips, tricks and simple diet hacks to control weight, feel strong and potentially prevent chronic disease. You will also learn simple techniques in eating mindfully and improving your relationship with food.
Open pickleball is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am-11:00am and 5:30pm – 7:30pm.
Our gym space runs on a first come first service basis. Pickleball nets may be requested during open gym times, but may not always be available based on gym traffic. If you would like to guarantee a desired time slot please feel free to fill out our facility rental form and our Guest Service team will reach out to you.
Jamestown Regional Medical Center and TRAC will relaunch their clinically supervised exercise program known as Good Medicine. The partnership creates a wellness solution that is delivered in one of the region’s best wellness facilities and under guidance of medically trained exercise physiologists. Personalized exercise regimens welcome individuals at any stage of their wellness journey. Sessions are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9 a.m. at TRAC. Participants will work with JRMC’s clinical exercise physiologists, Sydney Ellingson and Madeline Ranum, to develop personalized exercise plans based on their current fitness levels and health conditions. Jamestown Regional Medical Center (JRMC) is collaborating with TRAC to offer monthly JRMC Us. JRMC Us are opportunities to learn (right from local providers!) about common health issues.
