Parties/Rentals

Our facility has a lot of opportunity for rentals.  Our most popular is the multi-purpose rooms for birthday parties, corporate events or family get togethers.  Prices of our rentals are below.  Please stop in Monday – Friday between 8am – 5pm  or fill out the Facility Application below and our Guest Service team will be happy to set up your reservation for you.  Spaces are not reserved until payment is made.

 

*Reservation inquiries may not be accommodated due to facility scheduling conflicts. On the spot reservations are also welcome, but will require at least an hour wait. This allows other users to enjoy the space and our staff enough time to update the facility calendar.

If your rental is 4 hours or more you will incur an additional $100 fee for every 4 hours of rental time.

Birthday Parties

Parties are not reserved in our system until payment is made.

Pool Party

Includes 3 hours of rental with access to the recreational pool and one party room.  We require 1 adult per every 5 children in the pool, actively supervising the children.  We allow a maximum of 25 people for a pool party.  All pool rules must be followed.

Gym Party

Includes 3 hours of rental with access to one cross court and one party room.  We require 1 adult per every 5 children in the gym, actively supervising the children.  We allow a maximum of 25 people for a party.

Turf Party

Includes 3 hours of rental with access to one quarter of the turf space and one party room.  We require 1 adult per every 5 children in the turf, actively supervising the children.  We allow a maximum of 25 people for each party.

Party Coach

A coach can be requested to lead 1 hour of activity in the gym or turf for an additional charge of $25/hour.  A coach must be requested on Rental Application Form.  This service is dependent on availability of staff.
