Join Self Defense Coach Lindsey Voeltz in this fresh approach to cardio with emphasis on self defense moves on March 28th from 9:00am – 10:30am. This class will teach self defense strategies and skills to have the right mindset in difficult situations. This class is limited to 20 participants and you must be 15 years of age or older to register.
Casey Andrews, TRAC’s Running Coach is offering a Race Training Program customized just for you! You will receive an initial consult to discuss your goals, current fitness level and a timed one mile run. A personalized training program including a running schedule, stretching and foam rolling, core workouts, and strengthening exercises. She will also give you some tips for injury prevention and there will be weekly 15-30 minute check-ins. You will also do a timed mile once per month to show progress.

We offer open play for Pickleball on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00am and evenings from 7:00-9:00pm. We set up the nets and provide all the equipment, you just need to show up in the gym and enjoy the fun!
Are you looking to learn how to swim or just become more confident in the water? We offer adult learn-to-swim/coaching sessions at TRAC. Our instructor can help you with anything from learning the basics to helping you train for a triathlon or race! Class sizes are small to allow for individualized instruction.
