Good Medicine

Jamestown Regional Medical Center and TRAC will relaunch their clinically supervised exercise program known as Good Medicine. The partnership creates a wellness solution that is delivered in one of the region’s best wellness facilities and under guidance of medically trained exercise physiologists. Personalized exercise regimens welcome individuals at any stage of their wellness journey. Sessions are offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at 9 a.m. at TRAC. Participants will work with JRMC’s clinical exercise physiologists, Sydney Ellingson and Madeline Ranum, to develop personalized exercise plans based on their current fitness levels and health conditions.
