With the extensions of a majority of Spring races to now happen in the Fall Casey Andrews, TRAC’s Running Coach, is offering a Race Training Program customized just for you! You will receive an initial consult to discuss your goals and current fitness level. You will then receive a personalized training program including a running schedule, stretching and foam rolling, core workouts, and strengthening exercises. She will give you some tips for injury prevention and there will be one check-in included to use at your discretion. You can also purchase additional check-ins for $10 each.

We offer open play for Pickleball on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 9:00-11:00am. Because of Covid-19 we ask you to call us at 952-8722 to reserve a court. We are only allowing singles play at this time and you must bring your own equipment.
