Group Fitness Schedule

We are offering Group Fitness classes in person and on Zoom!  Zoom offers the ability to host classes right in your home!  It is live audio and video conferencing so you can see and hear the instructor and the instructor can see you! We are requiring people to register for in-person classes.  Click here for instructions on how to register and troubleshooting for Apple users


Participating in these fitness programs may cause injury or be hazardous to your health and wellbeing. We encourage you to consult with your doctor before participating in any fitness activity to ensure it is safe for you to do so. If at any time during this program you do not feel well or experience symptoms of chest pain, discomfort, light headedness, or other pain immediately discontinue activity and consult your health care provider.

For the best quality experience for everyone involved in Zoom classes please mute your audio during the class time.  This will help everyone in the class be able to hear the instructor and the music clearly!  Thank you!

  1. Open the Zoom app on your desktop
  2. Click on Settings
  3. On the Audio tab, click the checkbox ‘Always mute the microphone when joining a meeting’ at the bottom of the screen
